2022 has represented a year of change, a year of challenges and a year of opportunity.
The story of the year so far, and in essence, this is merely a continuation of a culture shift that’s been underway since the pandemic, has been digital transformation – how companies big and small are taking advantage of the explosion of digital solutions to modify existing legacy services, and operate in the digital space more efficiently, more effectively and at scale.
This culture of digital transformation change is truly cross-industry and generationally defining. Almost every company in every industry has had to take a microscope to their digital offering and conduct an MOT on how their service could, and should, improve from a little tech tinkering.
Indeed, the hard work of digital culture change is not over, and, considering the enormous market opportunities for forward-thinking tech providers, it won’t be for several years:

Here at Rectec, we too saw an opportunity: we wanted to offer something to employers and recruitment agencies that could revolutionise how they, amid their own digital transformation, could create the perfect recruitment tech stack.

What do we mean by identification?
