As another strange, incredible, challenging, yet successful year draws to an end, I’ve been personally reflecting on what happened in 2021, which, from a business point of view, has been truly astonishing;
- We launched our unique Vendor Intelligence Platform, Rectec Compare, in March and saw our number of partners grow to over 60 by the end of the calendar year.
- We helped hundreds of organisations in their search for the best recruitment technologies the market has to offer, performing over 53,000 comparisons and collecting over 8,500 requirements.
- We listened to user feedback with enormous gratitude, and used this valuable information to positive effect, by delivering over 100 enhancements in Rectec Compare during the same period, with many more exciting updates on our roadmap too!
- We also launched our Rectec Certified Partner programme, and significantly improved our website traffic through organic search and social media content.
- We attended a number of fantastic in-person events, met some exceptional people, and were truly moved and inspired by some of the speakers we had the privilege to meet.
- We were shortlisted for not one, but two Onrec awards, and are excited to attend these awards in March. Fingers firmly crossed for our first (or maybe first and second) ever award!
- We gave away over £4,000 worth of prizes in our first ever prize draw.
- I was extremely humbled to be included in The Phoenix51 100 Most Influential Talent & HR Professionals 2022.
Rectec have some exciting initiatives and updates coming in Q1 2022, and I personally cannot wait to kick-off the New Year, recharged and energised for even greater success.
