Rectec Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by Rectec Ltd (Rectec).

Eligibility to enter

The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and employed within the Recruitment and HR industry.
Employees of Rectec and its prize draw sponsors (partners) are not eligible to enter. Entrants employed by Rectec or its sponsors will not be included in the draw.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

The prize draw will include all entries submitted up to midday on 30th July 2021. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
To enter the prize draw entrants must complete two actions. 1) Follow Rectec on LinkedIn. 2) Share the post pinned to the top of the Rectec company page, with your entire network. For the avoidance of doubt the pinned post will be a post promoting the Rectec prize draw. The Rectec company page can be found here: https://www.linkedin.com/company/rectec-ltd/
Entrants will be registered automatically by Rectec following completion of the two actions. Entrants will not be accepted if the promo is not shared organically with their network (e.g., to a group), or if the shared post is deleted before the end of the competition.

The prizes

The prizes on offer are listed on the Rectec website here: https://rectec.io/prize-draw
Winners will be drawn at Random on Friday 30^th
Winners will be contacted (via LinkedIn) within 48 hours of the prizes being drawn.
Winners must provide the details to Rectec of where their prize should sent.
Prizes will be sent to winners directly by the prize sponsor.
The contact details provided by winners will be shared with the prize sponsor for the purpose of shipping the prize.
Rectec use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Rectec regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Winner announcement
The winner will be notified after 30^th July 2021 via LinkedIn provided during subscription.
Rectec will attempt to contact the winner up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Rectec reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Rectec for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested Rectec.
An announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made via the Rectec website.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with the Rectec Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

Rectec does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Rectec does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
Rectec does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner. General
